The mission of the Foundation for Special Surgery is to provide high-quality, multispecialty care to enhance the well-being of patients in Ghana and across Sub-Saharan Africa.  The Foundation is committed to increasing resources in the region by enlisting the participation of surgeons across various specialties to provide premium care, skills transfer and education to benefit patients and the long-term sustainability of the health care system.
